You Do What You Gotta Do

It was time for baths for these filthy kids. But the kitchen was a mess from dinner. They played semi-naked in the garage so I could get the kitchen cleaned without their "help."

Dress Up!

Bryson has the best imagination and the best dress up clothes!

Playing With The Camera

Callie loves to pretend that she is a photographer. She practices with my camera all the time.
I love a clean baby

I think he loves me

Callie likes to dress him like a girl

She had a bath but wouldn't let me touch that painted face of hers. It will be a fight to wash that off!

Team Rachel

Since Rachel's passing, it has been hard for our family to participate in Relay For Life. Don't get me wrong, I still hope and pray for a cure for cancer. Relay is an extrordinary program/fundraiser that gives such a hopeful message. This year the theme was "celebrate more birthdays." Just hearing that is hard because we know our sweet niece only had three. It is always emotional for us, even when she was alive. My mom however has continued to raise money and lead Team Rachel every year with the help of the youth at church. This year Comal County awarded our family (mainly my mom) the Ray Of Hope award for staying actively involved in Relay after you have lost your "survivor." I guess it's common for people to shy away from relay after they lose their loved one because it is simply too hard. At least it has been for me. We are so proud of her and she is such an example of strength for our family.
Receiving the award

I wish Rachel could play with her crazy cousins

Snuggle Bunnies

They love to cuddle and watch TV in my bed. And I love it too!

They Love To Be Outside

This Flintstone car has seen a lot of miles!

Cade always loves to give them a push

Another Set Of Ear Tubes

The ENT was also kind enough to remove his stitches!

All healed up! Hopefully that eyebrow will grow back!

Healing Up Nicely

The bruising has spread into his cheek and the swelling is going down.

We aren't sure what he will have left for an eyebrow.

Showing us his owie

He got up in the night and fell asleep on the dining room floor but I took this pic because it looked like someone knocked him out.

Callie's Field Trip to The Rock Quarry

The highlight was watching the demolition.
