Back To School!

Cade is so lucky and he is in such a wonderful program. We all love that he is going back to school, we just wish it was all day! I love his school, his teachers are wonderful and the program fits his needs perfectly. He was thrilled to see his short bus the first day of school! Isn't he so grown up and handsome? It was early people OK
My camera is dunzo. Every other picture it takes is blurry. I think I have used it to death. Good thing I have a birthday coming up...

He had a great first week and got smiley faces every day. He gets his good conduct from his mom :)

Meet The Teacher Night

Cade is going to a brand new school this year. He was excited to see his new school and all of his teachers from last year. They were all happy to see him too said they missed his laugh and his dancing. When he gets really excited, he sticks his belly out and arches his back, shown here \/

Cutest Watermelon Babies

I had pictures taken of the kids last week in Stockdale with the watermelons. The kids cooperated better and thought Debbie was hilarious. They turned out really good and of course I have no idea which ones I like best. They will be up only for about another week so check them out...

Family Vacation In Horseshoe Bay

We went for a whole week with my family to Horseshoe Bay on Lake LBJ. We stayed at the Marriott resort which had tons of stuff to do. It was a very nice and relaxing vacation even with all of the kids! Shane couldn't come because of work and the oh-so-important fantasy football draft. Robyn and Travis also couldn't come because she is so pregnant and they were in the middle of a move to Kansas. There were still plenty of us there though and it was a great week! Prepare yourself for many pictures, I had plenty of time to take them! The grounds around the Marriott were absolutely beautiful. There were chinese gardens and ponds and water falls. You really can't get the full effect in these pics.

They had tropical birds in cages everywhere and Callie was absolutely terrified of them.

Here callie is clinging to Grandma cause of the birds
Grandpa torturing her with the birds

Ty ty even came for a few days

Activites Galore

The resort had scheduled activities every hour. There were several thing even our kids could do. The resort offered an 18 hole mini golf course that was lots of fun. The boys enjoyed it a time or two and even Amy and I got out there. The kids were a little in the way on the golf course. Amy attempted to take Rach and was back to the room in five minutes and Rachel told me while nodding her head "naughty, golf, yeah"

Callie chasing Tyler's ball and of course she picked it up

The kids got tattoos by the pool

This was on the activity lawn where they had various things every night like glow in the dark football, star gazing, etc. The kids just loved running all over it.

We made smores this night, and of course the kids ate em right up!

Callie mad because she doesn't get any more smores! Can you believe she already throws fits like this?

Here they made hand prints in plaster by the pool...

Boating On Lake LBJ

Uncle Blaine let us borrow his boat for the trip so we had a few outings on the lake (thanks blaine!) The kids enjoyed riding in the boat and swimming in the middle of the lake.

At this point I am missing Sarah who I usually bob on Lake LBJ with...
