New York, New York!

Charlin very geneously took me to New York for a little vacation for just her and I. It was so amazing and we had a really great time. It is nice not having to worry about those wet blanket husbands! We did so much stuff, all the touristy things. I have posted a few pics, but not all, because mainly I was taking pics of buildings and other things we thought were cool that may bore you. We went to Times square, Ellis Island, Statue of liberty, empire state building, nbc studios, good morning america, Rockefeller Center, museum of natural history, shopping at all the great places, Madame Toussauds Wax Museum, Central Park, yada yada the list goes on. I feel like we hit all the highlights. It is definitly a place we would both go back because there is so much to do. We saw West Side Story and the Blue men, both were really good. We saw most of the city on our double decker bus tour. We were on our feet all day, trying to fit it all in... Very exhasting but nice to get away (esp from our weather... It was beautiful!) You may notice many more pics of Char- she does better in front of the camera and I do better behind it

She hates subways, I made her do it
Hottest firefighters ever work right in front of Ground Zero, yes we were gawking. It was bittersweet to see all the names of the firefighters lost is 9/11 on the side of the trucks. All of that is crazy to see in person and imagine what happened that day...

We went to the central park zoo and this little polar bear was funny and put on a good show

We did accidentally get elmo arrested, we are so loud. Char took a pic with him and he said "one dolla" and Char yelled that at me and this cop heard and asked for tax ID papers and arrested the little Indian in the elmo suit! It was kinda funny.
Wax Museum- Yao is really tall

She looks stoned with them...
She just loves Julia
NBC Studios
St. Patrick's Cathedral
Here are our candles we lit for Rachel, Lanie and Luke
Empire State Building

We were on Good Morning America for those of you that missed us... We visited with Chris
Friday we went to the concert in the park, it was Third Eye Blind. They didn't even play "semi-charmed life" all the way through, what a bummer!
Charlin thank you so much for such an amazing trip! I am so glad you decided to take me!
