Callie went to the Stockdale Cheer Camp this summer and has been walking around the house yelling cheers ever since. She got to cheer before one of the games this season.

Meeting Cousins

I have a ton of cousins and several of them have kids too so there is no shortage of playmates in Iowa for my kiddos.

Colson and Asher are only weeks apart

 My cousin Sandy had us all over for a lunch where we got to see family from my mom's side.

Cade, Aiden, Keaton, Asher, Callie, Colson, Mason, Wyatt, and Brooklyn.
I think there are 15 great grandkids on this side but I could be wrong. Cade is the oldest.

We stopped in Ankeny to see Aunt Jenny and family and so the kids could run off some energy.

I wish Abby and Natalie lived closer .They would make such great babysitters. The kids just loved them.

Grandpa Dutch

My grandpa was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and wasn't given a good prognosis. My dad was going up to see him and because I hadn't seen him in awhile, me and the kids rode along. We spent longer in the car than we actually spent in Iowa but I am so glad that we went. And Colson got to meet his great grandpa Dutch. And I'm pretty sure Dad enjoyed all the bonding time with me and the kids :)
