Swimming At The Jost's

Cade swam with Rachel's Aunt Becky

Callie is a little fish! (that was my dad's nickname for me for a longtime!)

Too Darn Smart

The kids are very messy and so I lock the doors to all the bedrooms to keep some clean rooms in the house. I keep the key above the door. The other day Callie found the key and was trying to open all the doors.

Don't Let Them Fool You...

this is what they are really like!

Guess who pooped on the potty??? I am not ready to tackle potty training and this was kind of a fluke but it worked. She always squats when she poops so I put her on the pot and she went! It was pretty exciting. Maybe one day I will have one out of diapers.

What's the big deal??? She did enjoy flushing.

Crazy Animals At The Zoo

My kids think they have outgrown their stroller but don't understand the concept of stay by mommy. A couple of wanderers they are.Poor Marissa is such great help. We are pretty sure we have scared her out of ever wanting children!
Posing with the hippos (it seems as if we always take the same pics!)

Cade is really starting to make me mad. He won't take a picture for anything and he used to love the camera!

Callie always has to help burp Emily. She whacks her pretty good!

We have way too many kids that get in free to the zoo... that should tell us something. Here we are stopping for a bottle break, to look for lost shoes, and to wrestle the others that want to keep moving...

I told Amy no more zoo until the fall and I should have said the fall of next year! It is so much work taking these kids and it was hot today and we were only there for two morning hours. But I will say Callie was really into it and everything with fur or four legs she called "kitty" (lemurs, monkeys, lions, zebras, etc.) She also says deer cause we have so many in the yard.

Back In The Pool

We bought the new pool this year at Target... Get a good look and don't buy it, it's a piece. Of course the kids still love it.

Um Cade, are you thirsty?

cheesy
she loves peeking around corners

Swimming at Aunt Amy's... She bought the same pool and as if it wasn't bad enough, she put it on a hill. Poor Cade's balance is already shaky, you should have seen the poor guy.
Laying out with Emily
such a hot bikini bod. Unfortunately she got her mother's rolls but fortunately her belly looks way cuter hanging over her suit than mine ever has!
drinking that water again, he is bound to get some illness from this.
Baywatch Lifeguard right?

Peek-A-Boo

Callie is pretty messy with that "no spill" (ya right) sippy cup.
She loves sharing her milk with Cade and anyone else who will let her stick the cup in their mouth. Cade is sleeping here, she though he looked thirsty.

My Sweet Baby

I really love my afternoons with Cade. His school gets out at 11:45 and we don't pick Callie up until 4:00. We usually go out to lunch and then snuggle up and take a nap together and then do some playing. I think it is really important for Cade because his sister is quite the attention hog and he gets me all to himself for a little while. I took this pic one day when we were napping and it was raining. So cozy and sweet, gotta love him!

Guess It Was An Over Reaction...

But I am not mad we were so cautious about swine flu. I am glad it seems to have blown over but I am more glad that my kids can go back to school/daycare! They are driving me nuts! I didn't realize how much I was enjoying my couple hours a day of me time. I have enjoyed having them home but they need structure, they need something to do constantly, and I need to get back in the gym. Thank God for school. Cade has missed it too and has brought me his backpack several times in the last week. I can't wait to see him get on the bus tomorrow. We ran into his teacher at the store tonight and he got really excited. I don't know what we are going to do this summer.
