Cade Update

Cade's surgery today went well. He had no problems getting off of the ventilator and the doctor didn't find anything unusual. However the pins had to come out of the front because his jaw was so high, if they had gone to the back, they would have been in his ears. So he has two large and thick bars sticking out of his chin. It looks very painful but he is being kept comfortable with lots of pain medication. He is pretty swollen and he hasn't woke up much today. We will be staying the night at the hospital tonight and hopefully going home tomorrow. He has a couple of rough weeks ahead but he is tough. I will put up some pictures tomorrow. i just want to warn you that he looks pretty bad.
