Baby Girl At 33 Weeks

My OB thought that I should see the specialist again because the baby was measuring a little small. I went this morning for my seventh sonogram with her. She looks good and the specialist did not seem concerned because she has never been big and she put on a pound in two weeks. She now weighs a little over 4 pounds and looks to be healthy. I will have another sonogram with her in three weeks. Now that she is so big, it is hard to get a clear picture of her but above is her profile. As you can see, she has a chin.

Lots of people play rough with Cade. Recently he has been getting in trouble at daycare because he growls at the babies and pounces on them and he thinks it is hilarious. We really need to fix this before sister gets here...

Cade liked the baby chicks but we couldn't let him hold one of his own because he tried to kill one by squeezing it.

He is not very good at petting yet, he just squeezes. He liked seeing all the animals though.


The carousel was a little scary for him and by this time he was pretty hot and tired. He enjoyed the first lap but then had enough.

Baby Girl at 31 weeks

She weighs a little over 3 pounds and everything looks to be OK from a sonogram standpoint. Here is her face. I think she looks like she has Shane's face and round head. She looks chubby in these pictures which according to her uncle Tyler is a given because of her mom.Here is her profile. Looks like the poor thing got my nose. I made them show me her chin several times from several angles and they insisted it looked good. I am doing fine so far and haven't had any signs of preeclampsia. We are still discussing names...
