Cade is very swollen (it has actually gone down in these pics) but today has acted as if he felt fine. He has been playing and laughing and pulling his bandages off like he doesn't need them. He is an amazing kid.

It Must Look Worse Than It Feels...
Cade is very swollen (it has actually gone down in these pics) but today has acted as if he felt fine. He has been playing and laughing and pulling his bandages off like he doesn't need them. He is an amazing kid.
Hopefully, Our Last Surgery For Awhile!
Here is Cade playing before his last jaw surgery on Friday. They removed the pins and plates that were holding his jaw steady so the bones could harden. It took longer than they thought and they ended up having to make more incisions because the right one was very hard to remove. Cade looked pretty rough when he came out. He slept for about 15 hours straight but when he woke up he was his old self again. He is doing really well and is incredibly tough.
Thanks to Cade's Grandmas that came to sit through his surgery!

Cade is Commando Crawling!
He started to crawl on his belly last week and is getting really good at it. The bruise on his head is from diving into the pew at church. He is getting very squirmy and loves to be on the floor and doesn't want to be held.
Cade Got His First Haircut!
Only a trim, I wasn't ready to lose the curls. He was more interested in chewing on the cape and eating his own hair than anything else. He now looks like a big boy. He is going to be very handsome for easter in Mississippi.
